Misty began her insurance carrer in 2003 and soon fell in love with her profession! After first serving as a personal lines representative, she moved into Commercial lines where she has continued to shine in both sales and servicing. She is a strong believer in Continuing Education and Self Improvement; always attending classes and reading Insurance magazines to stay on top of the ever changing industry. She was awarded her CISR Designation in 2005. Misty also possesses a strong feeling of commitment to her community. She is involved daily with the local Denton Chamber of Commerce and serves as Team Leader for the Ambassador Program of the Denton Chamber of Commerce. As well as her committment to the Agency and her community, Misty is a very involved wife and mother of two and stays involved with her local PTA.

Laura Babcock, Personal Lines Customer Service

Laura Rhodes Babcock is a Denton native with a strong background in Insurance and Customer Service. She began her career in insurance over 10 years ago insuring equine mortality and moved into Property and Casualty 5 years ago. Laura is the mother of two girls and stays extremely active in the Denton community. Currently Laura is the co-captain of a Denton Chamber of Commerce Ambassador team, Cookie mom for Girl Scouts, and active in First Baptist Church of Denton. She has obtained her license for Property and Casualty, along with Life and Health. Laura attended the University of North Texas and has worked in management since the age of 20. She will strive to ensure you receive the best customer service and assist you in getting the best coverage at the best rate.

Misty Mullins, Commercial Insurance

Misty Mullins entered insurance in 2004 when she moved to the Denton area, and has worked in both commercial and personal department capacities throughout her career. She has been working with Welch Brand Insurance for the past three years in both departments. Presently she is focusing on commercial accounts. She is currently attending the University of North Texas, majoring in Information Technology Engineering. In her free time, Misty enjoys traveling and watching Rangers baseball.

Sally Hoagland, Personal Lines

Sally’s insurance career began over 20 years ago working for independent agencies in Arlington, Dallas, and Lubbock.  Sally is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management.  Upon graduation she worked for consulting firms and insurance companies and is now elated to be back on the independent agency service field. 

Sally has account management experience in both commercial and personal lines of business.  She has a strong appreciation for the insurance field that is reflected in her dedication to insureds and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure outstanding service to each and every client. 

Sally stays busy with her 3 children and is an active leader in her local Cub Scout Pack.  She is an avid supporter of the Girl Scouts of America, has a strong love for the outdoors, and enjoys playing tennis and volleyball.
